Matt Brisotti was named head coach of the Hamilton College men's and women's tennis teams in December 2017. He guided the Continentals to a total of nine dual match victories during the spring, including the first NESCAC win for the men in five years. Ten Hamilton tennis players made the 2018 NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team and both programs earned the 2018 ITA All-Academic Team award.
Brisotti was the head coach for Drew University men's and women's tennis from the spring of 2014 through the fall of 2017. His Drew tennis teams won 63 dual matches. He was selected the 2016-17 Landmark Conference Women's Tennis Coach of the Year after he guided the squad to a record of 14-2, including 7-0 in the conference, and the semifinals of the Landmark championship. He coached the Landmark rookie of the year as well as three singles players and two doubles teams on the all-conference team. Brisotti had one singles player and one doubles team on the 2015-16 all-conference team, and he led the Rangers to a 2015 Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III championship finals appearance.
Hamilton is a private, liberal arts college. Founded in 1812, it adopted coeducation in 1978. Its 1,200-acre campus is located in Clinton, nine miles from Utica.
