Any other arrangements would need to be approved in writing by the Tour Director to be considered guaranteed.

How do we handle dietary restrictions, medications and health issues?

If special dining/dietary needs are required, we will do our best to accommodate the player. If students will be bringing medication, or have special medical needs, please indicate that on our medical form. Our event uses facilities with medical clinics and hospitals nearby, we do not have a nurse on site at our programs. Generally we ask families to equip their child to store and administer his/her application individually, and do not take possession of medication or administer medication directly to the students. We may make special accommodations outside of the policy, however, so please contact our office to discuss your individual situation.
